IMPORTANT NOTICE: Trusted Telehealth® LLC (“TTH.ai”, “Trusted Telehealth”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) provides digital health services focused on second medical opinions and informational oncology consultations. Our services do not constitute primary treatment, emergency medical care, or the establishment of an ongoing physician–patient relationship, unless explicitly agreed upon in writing. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 (U.S.A.), your country-specific emergency number (for international customers), or seek immediate care from a qualified healthcare provider.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our website (www.tth.ai), mobile applications, or digital platforms (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Notice. If you disagree, you must discontinue use of the Services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use our Services. By using the Services, you represent that you meet these requirements.

3. Scope of Services

Trusted Telehealth® LLC provides access to telehealth platforms designed to facilitate second medical opinions, oncology-focused consultations, and educational content. Our Services do not replace your relationship with your treating physicians and are not intended for emergency care.

Use of our Services is subject to our Global Privacy Notice and HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices (where applicable). Please review these documents to understand how we collect, use, and protect your personal and health information.

5. User Responsibilities

You agree not to misuse the Services, including by:
• Providing false or misleading information;
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to systems;
• Transmitting malicious code;
• Using the Services for unlawful purposes.

All content, trademarks, trade names, logos, and software are the property of Trusted Telehealth® LLC or its licensors. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

7. Payment & Billing

Some Services may require payment. By providing payment information, you authorize Trusted Telehealth® LLC (or its payment processors) to charge the applicable fees. All fees are due at the time of service unless otherwise stated.

The Services are provided ‘AS IS’ without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Trusted Telehealth® LLC disclaims any warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Trusted Telehealth® LLC and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or loss of data, profits, or revenues, arising from your use of our Services.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Trusted Telehealth® LLC, its officers, directors, employees, contractors, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses arising out of your misuse of the Services or violation of these Terms.

11. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising under these Terms will be resolved:
• First, through good faith negotiations between the parties;
• If unresolved, through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) in accordance with its Commercial Arbitration Rules;
• Proceedings shall take place in Delaware, and judgment may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.

By using the Services, you waive the right to a jury trial and agree not to participate in class or representative actions, except where such waivers are prohibited by law.

12. Termination

Trusted Telehealth® LLC may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other lawful reason.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

General information

One of our main priorities is the privacy of our visitors. This Privacy Policy document contains types of information that is collected and recorded by Trusted Telehealth® and how we use it.

Log files

Trusted Telehealth® follows a standard procedure of using log files. These files log visitors when they visit websites. All hosting companies do this and a part of hosting services’ analytics. The information collected by log files include:

  • browser type, Internet Service Provider (ISP)
  • date and time stamp, referring/exit pages
  • possibly the number of clicks

Third-party ad servers or ad networks uses technologies like cookies, JavaScript, or Web Beacons that are used in their respective advertisements and links that appear on Incubator, which are sent directly to users’ browser. They automatically receive your IP address when this occurs. These technologies are used to measure the effectiveness of their advertising campaigns and/or to personalize the advertising content that you see on websites that you visit.

Note that Trusted Telehealth® has no access to or control over these cookies that are used by third-party advertisers.

Children Information

Another part of our priority is adding protection for children while using the internet. We encourage parents and guardians to observe, participate in, and/or monitor and guide their online activity.

Incubator does not knowingly collect any Personal Identifiable Information from children under the age of 13. If you think that your child provided this kind of information on our website, we h3ly encourage you to contact us immediately and we will do our best efforts to promptly remove such information from our records.

Online privacy

This privacy policy applies only to our online activities and is valid for visitors to our website with regards to the information that they shared and/or collect in Trusted Telehealth®. This policy is not applicable to any information collected offline or via channels other than this website.
